Developer Selection

On December 16, Newton mayor Ruthanne Fuller awarded partners Metro West Collaborative Development and Civico Development the development rights to the West Newton Armory. We are very excited to work closely with the City and its constituents to bring 43 multi-generational affordable units to this historic building. We thank our team for their hard work and commitment during the RFP process and look forward to a rewarding project ahead.
